    *You will always receive a minimum of 24hrs notice (more if needed, 48hrs for rental units), before an agent will be allowed to access the lock box. All calls still go direct through my office for scheduling.

    Market Watch: Keeping You Informed 

    1. Weekly Reviews: We will review all market activity each Monday. To ensure that you are well informed of current and changing market conditions. Along with feedback from showings, ad callers & open houses. 

     2. Availability: I am available by email and by cell phone between the hours of 10am and 6pm on weekdays, 10am to 4pm on weekends, (later by appointment) to answer all calls and address any questions or concerns. 

     My full time assistant is available to ensure all buyer and agent calls, on your property, are handled quickly & professionally. Usually within just a few hours!
